TSMaster is the core product of Shanghai Tosun Technology. It is a versatile software tool designed for automotive network monitoring, simulation, calibration and data processing. Its key functionalities include parsing and analyzing various types of communication messages, integrating with database support for dbc, ldf, xml, arxml and csv files. Users can create custom panels, send/receive messages for automotive buses, record messages for analysis, replay collected data and support scripting for customization and task automation. Additionally, each line of code created by users in TSMaster is designed to be independent, shareable, citable and compatible across different hardware platforms.

The company has developed a new HIL system architecture built on TSMaster. This introduces a desktop HIL system, which means it requires only a single computer, or even a laptop, to replace the real-time systems traditionally used in HIL architectures. This approach not only greatly reduces costs but also enhances flexibility.
TSMaster supports MATLAB Simulink co-simulation and collaborates with CarSim to complete ECU algorithm simulation tests with vehicle dynamics models (soft real-time HIL). It also supports Vector, Kvaser, Peak, ICS and ZLG bus tools, as well as mainstream instruments (oscilloscopes, waveform generators, digital multimeters) and boards (AI, DI, DO, etc). It can be applied with multi-hardware, multi-channel co-simulation and testing.

The system is easy to learn, has no brand/product restrictions, effectively fulfills all testing needs, has on-demand subscriptions and one-time permanent licenses, and supports LIN, CAN, CANFD, FlexRay and automotive Ethernet.
