ValueCAN4 is the latest CAN FD, interface and automotive IoT platform product from vehicle network tool expert, Intrepid Control Systems. To be unveiled at Automotive Testing Expo India 2018, the system is a revolutionary high-quality tool solution for CAN FD. ValueCAN4 is fully isolated from the PC, includes certified drivers and does not require external power for the CAN transceiver. The product’s isolation is an uncommon feature on low-cost interfaces and resolves issues with grounding or noise that can affect PCs and their
communications. ValueCAN4 has been tested and verified to operate on high-bandwidth CAN FD networks, including 100% utilisation at 10Mbit on both channels. Also debuting in India will be the company’s neoOBD2 pro open-platform wireless OBD adaptor. It is equipped with programmable wi-fi, Bluetooth BLE and Bluetooth Classic SPP modules, and users are given complete access to raw vehicle network data within these modules via secure APIs that interface to Intrepid’s CAN, LIN and Ethernet drivers.
