Portable DAQ suite

OROS is bolstering its DAQ system range with a new, extra-portable noise and vibration testing system. Joining the recently released advanced TPA and psychoacoustics solutions in OROS’s range for rotating, structural and acoustic analysis is MODS. This concept consists of the compact OR10 DAQ, the NVGo Android app for acquisition setup and monitoring and finally, NVGate, a software platform for analysis.
The OR10 is a four to eight-channel portable DAQ that is the size of a paperback. Where PCs, tablets or smartphones are not allowed or cannot operate, the OR10 can be used in a standalone mode, and its touchscreen and keyboard can be used for selection of setups and control of acquisitions. However, if setups and results need to be constantly monitored, it can be controlled using an Android phone or tablet running the NVGo app. Alternatively, the OR10 can be used as a front end of the OROS software suite.
