Mitchell Kelley

Mitchell is a field sales engineer with Pickering Interfaces covering the Midwest territory. He started his career as a support and application engineer in the test and measurement industry before moving over to his current job with Pickering. In his role, he collaborates with customers across industries to find switching and simulation solutions tailored to meet their specific application requirements. He holds a BSME from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana.

This session will focus on BMS accuracy improvements that will extend the range of your battery packs. Specifically, we will discuss the changes and upgrades your hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) system will need to match future BMS performance. You will also learn about the challenges posed by voltage drop, thermal offset and the quality of wiring, as well as how to address these issues.
