All foreign nationals entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid visa from an Indian Mission/Post or eVisa (Limited Categories) from Bureau of Immigration, Ministry of Home Affairs.

Please note: To receive a visa invitation letter, you must first complete the registration form. If you are an exhibitor or speaker, please contact the visa department: visa@ukimediaevents.com.

We will start processing visa invitation letters 16 weeks before the event. If there are special circumstances that require the letter to be issued earlier than this, please email the visa department: visa@ukimediaevents.com.
